Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The chief executive
officer may make any investigation or inquiry that in the opinion of the chief
executive officer is necessary or expedient for the purpose
of —
(a)
determining any application or other matter before the chief executive
officer;
(b)
determining whether or not an education service provider is complying with
this Act or any condition imposed under this Act;
(c)
detecting offences against this Act.
