ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1986 - SECT 99F
99F . Register of modified penalty notices etc.
(1) The CEO is to
maintain a register of —
(a)
certificates and modified penalty notices issued under section 99A(2); and
(b)
withdrawal forms sent under section 99D; and
(c) such
particulars in relation to modified penalty notices and payments as the CEO
considers appropriate or as are prescribed.
(2) The register is to
be available for public inspection under such conditions and at such places
and times as are prescribed.
