ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1986 - SECT 92E
92E . Person not to interfere with seized things
(1) A person must not
remove, damage or interfere with any thing seized under this Act unless the
person is authorised to do so by the CEO or an inspector.
(2) If a court
convicts a person of an offence against subsection (1), the court may, in
addition to any penalty imposed under that subsection, order the person to pay
compensation to the CEO or to any other person for any damage or loss caused
by the offence.
