Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) For the
purposes of this Part, a person has a gender history if the person identifies
as a member of the opposite sex by living, or seeking to live, as a member of
the opposite sex.
(2) In
subsection (1) —
opposite sex means a sex of which the person was
not a member at birth.
