EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACT 2005 - SECT 98
98 . Liability of officers for offence by body corporate
(1) The Criminal Code
section 39 (which provides for the criminal liability of officers of a body
corporate) applies to an offence under section 95 of this Act.
(2) The Criminal Code
section 41 (which provides for the criminal liability of officers of a body
corporate) applies to an offence under a provision of this Act listed in the
Table.
