EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACT 2005 - SECT 85

85 .         Obstruction of a hazard management officer or authorised officer

                A person must not obstruct or hinder a hazard management officer or an authorised officer in the exercise of a power under this Act.

        Penalty: a fine of $50 000.
