Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The common seal of
the University shall be kept in such custody as the Council directs and shall
not be used except upon resolution of the Council or as may be authorised by
the Statutes.
(2) All courts, judges
and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the common seal of
the University affixed to any document and shall presume that it was duly
affixed until the contrary is proved.
