providing for the constitution of a body for the management of the Academy
under this Act comes into operation the members of the Board of
Management of the Academy holding office as such immediately before the
commencement date shall continue in office after that date but the Minister
may appoint a person to any office that becomes vacant before the date that
the Statute comes into operation.
