Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The rights and
interests of any contributor or pensioner under any superannuation scheme or
agreement established or entered into under section 35 or 36 of the
Colleges Act shall continue as though the rights and interests of the
contributor or pensioner were rights and interests obtained in respect of
service under this Act.
