Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts All persons who were,
immediately before the commencement date, members of the staff of the College,
shall continue to be members of the staff of the University under this
Act and all such persons shall retain their existing and accruing rights
including their rights in relation to sick leave, long service leave,
retirement and pension fund benefits and any service regarded as
“service” with the College under the Colleges Act shall be
regarded as “service” with the University under this Act.
