Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) On and after
the day on which section 46 of the Statutes (Repeals and Minor
Amendments) Act 2003 comes into operation 1 (in this section
referred to as the commencement day ), the campus of the University
constituted under this Act, as in force immediately before the commencement
day, and known as the Bunbury Campus of the University continues to be so
constituted but shall be known as the ECU South West Campus (Bunbury) of the
University.
(2) A reference to the
Bunbury Campus of the University, or to the Bunbury Institute of Advanced
Education, whether by the use of that name or a similar or abbreviated form of
that name —
(a) in a
written law passed or made before the commencement day;
(b) in
any document or other instrument made, executed, entered into or done before
the commencement day; or
(c) made
before the commencement day in any other manner,
shall be construed as
if it had been amended to be a reference to the ECU South West Campus
