ENERGY COORDINATION ACT 1994 - SECT 11F

11F .         Licensing extends to statutory providers

                The requirements of this Division apply to a person despite the fact that the person, in supplying gas, is performing a function that —

            (a)         is authorised or provided for by or under a written law; or

            (b)         has been approved under a written law.
