Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any person who by any
act or omission commits a breach of any provision of this Act shall be guilty
of an offence, and, where no penalty is expressly provided by this Act for
such offence, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding in the case of an
individual, $50 000, and in the case of a body corporate, $250 000.
