ELECTRICITY ACT 1945 - SECT 45
45 . Compensation, damages etc.
Subject to the express
provisions of this Act, whenever any person or any network operator is liable
to pay any sum of money by way of compensation or damages or for costs or
expenses of any examination or inquiry or in relation to any matter or thing
concerning the repairing or reinstating of any loss or damage caused by such
person or such network operator, the same may be recovered in a court of
competent jurisdiction.
