Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A network operator
is not entitled to insist on the use of any special form of electrical
installation, apparatus or fitting, by any person.
(2) However a person
is not entitled —
(a) to
use any form of electrical installation, apparatus or fitting; or
(b) to
use or deal with electricity supplied to the person for any purpose or in any
manner,
that would interfere
unduly or improperly with the supply of electricity to any other person.
