Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Every person whose
name had been removed from any roll under the provisions of section 60
pursuant to the lists furnished under section 59, may, when no longer
disqualified, claim, in the manner prescribed in section 42, to have his
name entered upon any roll for which he possesses the necessary qualification.
