51 . Removal of names repeated on roll and adjusting rolls
(1) If the name of the
same person appears more than once on the same roll, or on more than one
district roll, the Electoral Commissioner is to cause all but the latest
enrolled name to be removed.
(2) The Electoral
Commissioner may take such action and give such directions as he considers
necessary in order for the rolls to be adjusted to give effect to a division
of the State into districts.
