claim —
(a) may
be in the prescribed form;
(b)
shall be signed by the claimant in the presence of an elector, or a person
qualified to be enrolled as an elector, of the Commonwealth Parliament or of
the Assembly who shall sign his name as witness in his own handwriting; and
(c) is
to be sent to the Electoral Commissioner who shall cause the claim, and any
request lodged with it under section 51B(1), to be referred to and
recorded by an enrolment officer (in this Division and section 47 called
the enrolment officer ).
