Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) As soon as is
practicable after the close of the roll for an election the Electoral
Commissioner shall cause a roll to be provided for use in the election.
(2) The roll so
supplied shall contain any marks required by section 47(3)(g).
(3) The Electoral
Commissioner shall cause a sufficient number of copies of the roll to be
delivered to the Returning Officer and, before the hour of opening of the
poll, the Returning Officer shall cause a sufficient number of copies of the
roll to be delivered to each presiding officer.
(4) The
Electoral Commissioner shall cause copies of the rolls to be delivered to
the presiding officer at each general polling place.
