EVIDENCE ACT 1906 - SECT 54
54 . Seals of the Commonwealth and States to be judicially noticed
All courts and all
persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the impression or
image of the seal of the Commonwealth and of the seal of any State, and of the
seal of any Australasian colony, without evidence of the seal having been
impressed or applied or any other evidence relating thereto.
