29 . Intention to defraud, proof of
On the trial of a
person charged with any offence of which an intent to injure or deceive or
defraud, or an intent to enable another person to deceive or defraud, is an
element, it shall not be necessary to prove an intent to injure or deceive or
defraud any particular person or an intent to enable any particular person to
deceive or defraud any particular person.
