DISABILITY SERVICES ACT 1993 - SECT 51
51 . Protection
(1) A member of the
Board is not personally liable in civil proceedings for anything done or
omitted to be done by the Commission, in good faith, in the exercise or
purported exercise of its functions under this Act.
(2) A member of the
Council is not personally liable for anything done or omitted to be done by
the Council, in good faith, in the exercise or purported exercise of its
functions under this Act.
(3) A person is not
personally liable in civil proceedings for an act done or omission made, in
good faith, in the performance or purported performance of a function under
this Act.
