DISABILITY SERVICES ACT 1993 - SECT 46
46 . Minister may refer matters for investigation
Where the Minister is
of the opinion that —
(a)
circumstances exist in relation to a person with disability that would justify
a complaint being made under this Part; or
(b) it
is in the public interest on a matter of general importance relating to
disability services or resident services that an investigation be carried out,
the Minister may
direct the Director to conduct an investigation under Division 3 in accordance
with such terms of reference as the Minister may specify.
