DISABILITY SERVICES ACT 1993 - SECT 31
31 . Parties themselves may resolve complaint
(1) Nothing in this
Part prevents the complainant and the respondent resolving a complaint by
agreement at any time, whether or not with the help of the Complaints Office,
but if that occurs the complainant must notify the Director of the fact
without delay.
(2) When the Director
becomes aware that a complaint has been resolved, he or she must stop dealing
with it under this Part.
