Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Nothing in this
Part prevents the complainant and the respondent resolving a complaint by
agreement at any time, whether or not through conciliation provided for under
this Part, but if that occurs the complainant must notify the Director of the
fact without delay.
(2) When the Director
becomes aware that a complaint has been resolved, he or she must stop dealing
with it under this Part.
