DISTRICT COURT OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA ACT 1969 - SECT 36
36 . Indemnity to persons acting under this Act
If an action is
brought against a person for anything done under a writ or other process
issued in pursuance of this Act, the production of the writ or other process
under the seal of the Court in the action, is sufficient proof of the
authority of the Court prior to the issuing of the writ or other process, and
if the plaintiff in the action has a verdict given against him, is non suited
or discontinues the action, the defendant shall be allowed full costs as
between solicitor and client.
