Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The provisions of
section 4 2 and 5 do not apply to any reference in a law of the State to
an amount of money expressed in terms of a currency other than the currency of
Australia, or in respect of any law of the State or any provision of any such
law that has expired or ceased to have effect, or is spent or has become
exhausted, but which law or provision has not been repealed or revoked.
