Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to
section 12, an Order in Council made under this Act takes effect
according to its tenor on the day specified in the Order as that on which it
takes effect, but if a day is not so specified, takes effect on the day of the
publication of that Order in the Government Gazette .
(2) An Order in
Council made under this Act may be varied or cancelled, or an error in an
Order may be rectified, by the Governor by a subsequent Order in Council.
