Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where on the
cancellation of the registration of a dog that was registered for an extended
period, the person who was the registered owner returns the registration tag
to the local government, the local government shall refund to the person such
proportion of the registration fee as may be prescribed.
