DOG ACT 1976 - SECT 18
18 . Registration tags
(1) A registration tag
shall —
(a) be
of a durable material; and
(b) be
of a colour specified by the Minister under subsection (2); and
(c)
contain such particulars as are prescribed.
(2) The Minister shall
by order published in the Gazette in respect of a registration period, or an
extended registration period referred to in section 15(2)(a), or a lifetime
registration referred to in section 15(2)(b), specify the colour of
registration tags for that registration period or extended registration
period.
(3) The Minister may,
in like manner, amend or replace an order under subsection (2).
