COURT SECURITY AND CUSTODIAL SERVICES ACT 1999 - SECT 92

92 .         Hindering or resisting authorised persons

                A person must not hinder or resist an authorised person in the exercise or attempted exercise of a Schedule power.

        Penalty: $6 000 or imprisonment for 18 months.
