convey, bring or in any manner introduce into —
(a) a
custodial place referred to in section 90(2); or
(b) a
vehicle used for moving people for whom the CEO is responsible under
section 16,
an article of a kind
that is likely to adversely affect the security, good order or management of a
custodial place (whether or not referred to in section 90(2)) or the
vehicle.
Penalty: $6 000 or imprisonment for
18 months.
