Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If the CEO
intervenes in a contract under section 59 the CEO may appoint or engage
an administrator —
(a) to
give directions as to the manner in which a service that is a subject of the
contract is to be provided; or
(b) to
provide a service that is a subject of the contract.
(2) The directions
given by an administrator and the provision by an administrator of a service
that is a subject of a contract must be in accordance with the terms of the
administrator’s appointment or engagement.
(3) An administrator
cannot be appointed or engaged for a period exceeding one year but can be
reappointed or re-engaged if, after review of the reason for intervention in a
contract, the CEO determines that the reason for the intervention still
exists.
