reference to an offence for which the contract worker is convicted
includes —
(a) an
offence for which the contract worker is convicted in any part of the world;
and
(b) the
payment of the whole or a part of a penalty under a traffic infringement
notice that is served on the contract worker under section 102(1) of the
Road Traffic Act 1974 or a corresponding law in any other part of the
world.
