Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An administrator
and an investigator appointed under section 44 may, at any time (with any
assistants and equipment that the administrator or investigator thinks are
necessary), have free and unfettered access to a place, person, vehicle, or
document referred to in section 42(2) for the purpose of enabling the
administrator or investigator to perform his or her functions.
(2) A person must not
hinder or resist an administrator or investigator when the administrator or
investigator is exercising or attempting to exercise a power under
subsection (1).
Penalty: $20 000.
(3) Nothing in this
section limits any entitlement that a person, under a law, has to have access
to a place, person, vehicle or document referred to in section 42(2).
