Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Except in
paragraph (f) of the definition of custodial place , a reference in this
Act to a hospital does not include a reference to an authorised hospital as
defined in section 23 of the Criminal Law (Mentally Impaired Accused)
Act 1996 .
(2) A reference in
this Act to a person apprehended under the Mental Health Act is a reference to
a person who has been apprehended under an order made under section 34,
41, 71, 84 or 195 of the Mental Health Act 1996 .
