Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The CEO must
establish minimum standards applicable to the provision of services under a
contract and the CEO may, from time to time, amend the minimum standards.
(2) The Minister is to
ensure that the minimum standards, as amended from time to time, are laid
before each House of Parliament within 10 sitting days of such House next
following the establishment or amendment of the minimum standards.
