Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) In this
section —
judicial officer means —
(a) a
judge of the Supreme Court, the Family Court or the District Court;
(b) the
President of the Children’s Court;
(c) any
person acting in an office referred to in paragraph (a) or (b); or
(d) a
magistrate.
(2) A judicial officer
may, upon providing satisfactory proof of his or her identity to the person in
charge of a lock-up or court custody centre, enter and examine the lock-up or
court custody centre at any time.
