Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where practicable,
a person in custody is not to be confined with a person of the opposite sex in
a lock-up, a court custody centre or a vehicle used for moving persons for
whom the CEO is responsible under section 16.
(2) Where practicable,
a young person in custody is not to be confined with an adult person in
custody in a lock-up, a court custody centre or a vehicle used for moving
persons for whom the CEO is responsible under section 16.
(3) Where practicable,
an intoxicated detainee is not to be confined with a person who is not an
intoxicated detainee in a lock-up or a vehicle used for moving persons for
whom the CEO is responsible under section 16.
(4) Where practicable,
a person apprehended under the Mental Health Act is not to be confined in a
lock-up with another person.
