Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A police officer
may exercise the powers set out in Schedules 1 and 3 for the purposes of
providing court security services under an arrangement between the CEO and the
Commissioner of Police.
(2) A police officer
may exercise the powers set out in Schedules 2 and 3 for the purposes of
providing custodial services under an arrangement between the CEO and the
Commissioner of Police.
(3) The powers that a
police officer may exercise under this section are in addition to, and do not
derogate from, the powers that the police officer has under any other law.
