COURT SECURITY AND CUSTODIAL SERVICES ACT 1999 - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

        (1)         This Act subject to subsection (2), comes into operation on such day as is, or such days as are respectively, fixed by proclamation ¹ .

        (2)         Part 5 comes into operation on the day on which the Inspector provisions as defined in section 2(4) of the Prisons Amendment Act 1999 come into operation ² .
