CONTAMINATED SITES ACT 2003 - SECT 92
92 . Other provisions of EP Act apply
Sections 115, 116A,
117, 118, 118A, 120 and 121 of the EP Act apply to and in relation to this Act
as if —
(a) a
reference in those sections to “this Act” were a reference to this
Act; and
(b) a
reference in section 118A to “Tier 1 offences and Tier 2 offences”
were a reference to an offence under a provision of this Act listed in the
Table.
