CARBON RIGHTS ACT 2003 - SECT 7

7 .         Limits on creation of carbon rights

        (1)         A carbon right cannot be created in any way other than under this Part.

        (2)         No more than one carbon right form can be registered at any particular time in respect of the same area of land.
