CARBON RIGHTS ACT 2003 - SECT 15

15 .         Carbon covenants: other legal effects

                A carbon covenant —

            (a)         cannot confer any right of possession;

            (b)         can grant a licence to enter to inspect or remedy a default;

            (c)         is not a licence to use or occupy land or a subdivision of land to which section 135 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 applies.
