COMMUNITY PROTECTION (OFFENDER REPORTING) ACT 2004 - SECT 7
7 . Corresponding reportable offenders
A corresponding
reportable offender is a person —
(a) who
had at any time (whether before, on or after the commencement day) been in a
foreign jurisdiction and at that time had been required to report to the
corresponding registrar in that jurisdiction; and
(b) who
—
(i)
would, if he or she were currently in that foreign
jurisdiction, be required to report to the corresponding registrar in that
jurisdiction for a particular period; or
(ii)
falls within a class of persons who are prescribed by the
regulations to be corresponding reportable offenders for the purposes of this
Act.
