COMMUNITY PROTECTION (OFFENDER REPORTING) ACT 2004 - SECT 16

16 .         Fixing a hearing

                When an application for a reporting order is made the registrar must —

            (a)         fix a day, time and place for the hearing; and

            (b)         prepare a summons in the prescribed form; and

            (c)         cause the summons to be served on the respondent; and

            (d)         notify the applicant of the hearing.
