44 . Freezing orders, court’s duties when considering applications for
When considering an
application for a freezing order, the court must —
(a)
consider each matter that is alleged by the applicant, either in the
application or in the course of the proceedings, as a ground for making the
order; and
(b) set
out in the order each ground that the court finds is a ground on which the
order may be made.
