Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Any money paid as
a modified penalty is, subject to sections 13(6)(b) and 15(4), to be
dealt with in accordance with the Sentencing Act 1995 section 60 as
if the money were a fine imposed for the offence concerned.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies unless a prescribed Act expressly provides to the
contrary.
