Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An approved
officer may withdraw an infringement notice.
(2) To withdraw an
infringement notice an approved officer must give the alleged offender a
notice in a form prescribed under the prescribed Act stating that the notice
has been withdrawn.
(3) An infringement
notice may be withdrawn whether or not the modified penalty has been paid.
(4) If an infringement
notice is withdrawn after the modified penalty is paid, the amount of money
paid is to be refunded.
