CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2004 - SECT 14

14 .         Extensions of time

        (1)         An approved officer may, in a particular case, extend the period in section 9(1)(f) or 13(1).

        (2)         An extension may be allowed even if the period has elapsed.
