Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The expenses of
the Minister in connection with the administration of this Act shall be paid
out of moneys from time to time appropriated by Parliament for that purpose.
(2) The expenses of
the Director General in connection with the administration of this Act shall
be paid in so far as is practicable out of moneys derived from the
administration of the scheme of registration effected by this Act, and in so
far as such moneys shall not be sufficient for that purpose out of moneys from
time to time appropriated by Parliament for that purpose.
(3) Subject to
subsection (2), moneys derived by the Director General pursuant to
the provisions of this Act shall be credited to an account to be established
as an agency special purpose account under the Financial Management
Act 2006 section 16 and called the “Off-Road Vehicles
Account” which shall be dealt with in such manner as the Minister, with
approval of the Treasurer, may direct.
